What this page does and does not tell you
Every result above comes from a request your own browser just made. Nothing on this page is typed in by hand or cached from earlier, which means it cannot sit on green while something is broken.
It measures reachability from your network at this moment. It is not a multi-region probe network, so it cannot tell you that ShipSure is down for somebody on the other side of the world while it answers you fine. If the API is unreachable here, that could equally be your connection, and the wording above says so rather than declaring an outage we have not confirmed.
Verification itself runs on your machine, through the CLI. If this page is red, your local shipsure verify still works — you lose the dashboard, the run history and the upload, not the ability to check your code.
Reporting a problem
Email support@shipsure.space with the correlation id from the error you saw. Every ShipSure error carries one, and it ties your request to its trace on our side.
